Topic: In Social Studies we learned about people who left their homes to establish new colonies. Think of the benefits they recieved and the challenges they face.  Choose Reflect and Comment, Wonder, Investigate, or Express  to write a response to this topic.

The colonists didn’t have big cars like the Uhaul trucks to carry really big things that they couldn’t carry. Nowadays we have the Uhaul trucks to carry things like sofa’s, chairs, tables, beds, and desks.  Some people back then did have big things to carry stuff like that, but not a lot of people knew what to do when they had to move out of a house to another one. I think it is so much easier nowadays than it was in the past, I really do wonder what things will be like in the future.
